How do I use Dual Channel DDR3 on my AM3 motherboard?

My msi AM3 motherboard I ordered has 2 black DIMM slots and then 2 blue DIMM slotst. Do I simply put them both in the two first black ones to run them in Dual Channel? Or put one in the Blue and one in the Black? Thanks

The two colors indicate the two different banks of dual channel dimm slots. Assuming you have 2 sticks of equal ram, you should put them into the first available bank. For example; bank 0 (dimm1 and dimm2). They should both be placed into the same colored bank.
