Dual vs single channel ram?

When i install more than 2GB of ram in my computer it runs everything above 2GB in single channel, everything below 2GB runs in Dual Channel. So is it worth it to go ahead and use 3GB or just stick with the 2GB? thanks

Sorry but there isn't an answer to your question. It depends on how well your memory controller handles it.
