An Overview Of Rhin-O-Tuff Spiral Coil Inserters

1.Rhin-O-Tuff HD4170 Coil Inserter. The HD 4170 coil inserter features twelve inch, dual-power rollers that allow for easy and accurate coil inserting. Especially adept at inserting coil that is nine-sixteenths of an inch and larger, the CL3000 can also deal with coil lengths anywhere from six inches to thirty six inches, and comes to you equipped with a mandrel system that's great for use with longer coils, as well as handy guides to help you hold your document firmly in place.

3.Rhin-O-Tuff HD-E4100 Econ-O-Roll Coil Inserter. The HD-e4100 is very similar machine to the HD4170. With Rhino's unique (and in fact patented) gripping roller working with the adjustable lower roller,you get faster as well as more accurate insertion of the coil. The HD-e4100 can also either be used as a standalone inserter or you can use it in tandem with any of Rhino's OD and HD punches. One great thing about the HD-E4100 is the special kit Rhino makes allowing you to attach their EZ Book Former to the machine's front end, saving you a whole lot of time when binding with longer coils.

4.Rhin-O-Tuff OD4300 Color Coil Inserter. The OD4300 was designed to attach directly to the right side of Rhino's Combo Binding Station OD4000 or OD4800 units. The patented Lexan guides make insertion easier, and this machine will easily bind books that are up to and inch and an eighth thick using coil diameter up to an inch and a quarter. Especially designed to make insertion of coils in larger books easier, the OD4300 is a great choice for bigger documents such as calendars. Installation to the OD4000 or OD 4800 is easy using the two included wing nuts.

5.Rhin-O-Tuff OD4100 12" Coil Inserter. An economical twelve inch electric coil inserter, the OD4100 was designed to be used in tandem with the OD4300 binding punch. You can use the OD4100 with coil that is either 11" or 36" in length, so it's a fairly versatile machine for the price. Able to transform your OD 4300 coil inserter to a twleve inch inserter as well, you can now choose between using twelve or thirty six inch coil when using your OD4300.
