LED Bulb breaking question. Please help?

I got a new DOME light bulb for my car, but the glass that covers the LED lights got broken and there is no glass on it, the light works, but my question is, is it safe to use it? It works, it wont get electric sparks or anything that will cause fire?

well LED's are known for producing basically 0 heat. So i don't think your gonna have a problem with it. The LED's in my car don't have any glass over it (it came that way) and i've never had a problem with them. The glass is just to spread out the light probably. I Left one of my LED's on all night (8+ hrs) by accident once and touched it - no heat. So i highly doubt your gonna be posing any sort of fire hazard with an LED. You can double check by emailing who ever you bought it from though.
