Suspected of 9 similar thefts since the beginning of October.

The thing that I find disgusting is that they involve their child by hiding it in their buggy, to me that is just awful...shame on them & hope they are caught...bet they need the cash for drugs....feel sorry for that child what life will it have..People like this get off far too easily, & those in prison also as they get hot meals, can get degrees, they should have to do hard labour & should be more punishment for the smaller crimes as that leads onto the other things once they get away with this.... so disrespectful
