Wireless camera?

I recently bought a small wireless camera from amazon.com and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to work.
I have it all set up correctly, so im not qite sure why it isnt workin. I can see the outline of things on my tv screen but its way to fuzzy to actually see them.
