Videophiles, do I need to break in my LCD TV in any way? Is some type of calinration needed?

I just purchased a 52" LCD Samsung T5265F and I would like to know what to do to optimize my HDTV's performance? TV is still in the box.... (I will be running Infinity surround, Toshiba HD DVD, Playstation 3, HD Receiver/DVR, Wii and Sonos through Denon 3808. Install of everything will DIY, so what to do starting with TV?)

As a TV repairman, I think the money you spend to have it CALIBRATED is unnecessary....

Samsung makes an effort to give you proper color registration of the LCD panel BEFORE it's even boxed up....

I don't think you'll EVER need that TV calibrated unless the BACKLIGHT changes color over the years....and I don't think it can....

Time will tell.....ask this question about 8 years from now and I'll be sure to know at that time
