Can i save the photos from my camera onto my laptop without the camera wire?

I forgot to put a memory card in the camera, and have a few pics on the internal memory. Id like to get these onto my laptop but dont have the wire for my digital camera. Is there a way of saving these onto a memory card?

Some cameras have the ability to copy from internal memory to external memory. If your camera does not have this feature, then I'm afraid you will need a cable. Some cameras use a standard usb cable, so if you have an MP3 player or mobile phone, you may find that the cable works.
