I don't know of any specific program to do this, but it would be incredibly easy to write. It could be set as an autorun so that the program would run when the flash drive is inserted. It would essentially be a 3 line script, with an accompanying autorun.inf EDIT 2: Ok. Wrote the script and autorun. You can find them at www.synfulvisions.com. Click downloads, then fun stuff. Only thing in there at the moment.Yahoo is not allowing me to make an actual link. It is a zip file with two files inside. copy.vbs which does the copying, and autorun.inf that automatically runs the script. The autorun file also contains an entry that should give you a backup option in the explorer context menu. Basically, right click the drive icon in My Computer, and it will have a backup option there as well, just in case you change things after inserting it. The script itself is 3 lines, two to set conditions and objects, one to actually copy everything. Comments before each line. I couldn't test the final script here, but it should work just fine. The copying works fine. You will have to right click the script, select edit, and then change "C:backuplocation" to wherever you want the files copied.
