Getting recordings from my PVR to my Mac?

How can I get recordings that are on my Personal Video Recorder on to my Mac? The PVR has two scart sockets, an rs232 socket (?) and a 'cvbs' rca/phono type socket. Any suggestions please?

Go to the Apple store. I bet they have some sort of cable that you can plug in to transfer them.
