Help!!!. Am in need of a software that can convert my video voice to other language. That is a software that can convert an english movie to french etc

You are talking about Star Trek technology that is not available yet. We can't even translate website text from one language to another language correctly. I won't expect converting voice to other languages will be available any time soon.

You need 3 pieces of technology and non of them are to a point that we want to use.
- voice recognition (the technology is not even accurate if we speak very slowly and clearly)
- instant language translation ( as I said, won't even translate correctly)
- text to speech ( sounds like robot )
