around 8pm everynight for the past 3 days the internet hasnt been working when i try to connect it it says renewing ip address n then it says it cant renew it n it shows an invalid ip address but it works fine during the day like now ha im confused

A couple of questions for you to help narrow down the answer:

How are you connecting to the Internet? Cable modem, DSL, WiFi?

Are you using a router of any type, or are you connected directly to your broadband connection?

Are you sharing your connection with anyone? Family or relatives?

Do you live in an apartment or other multi-family structure?

The reason I ask these questions is because, most likey, someone is coming home every night and turning on a PC that is using the same IP address that your PC is using. As soon as that happens, there will be an IP address conflict and your Internet will go down.
